What Counts as a Maintenance Emergency?

While many repairs can wait for normal business hours, some issues require immediate attention to prevent damage or ensure your safety. Our maintenance team is available 24/7 to respond to true emergencies, which typically include:

  • Major water leaks or flooding from burst pipes or overflowing appliances
  • Sewage backups or toilet overflows
  • No heat during freezing temperatures
  • No air conditioning during periods of extreme heat
  • Electrical hazards like exposed wiring or sparking outlets
  • A non-working refrigerator
  • Being locked out or having broken locks
  • Broken or shattered windows that create a safety or security risk
  • Smoke or carbon monoxide detectors that are not functioning properly

If you're unsure whether your situation is an emergency, give us a call and we’ll help determine the best course of action. For life-threatening situations, always dial 911 first.
